What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00, and check-out is by 11:00.

The charge is 10,000 yen per hour per room. Please contact us in advance if you wish to stay. You can stay up to 4:00 PM.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Please contact us at least 8 days before your arrival date.
Cancellation fees will be charged if you cancel 7-4 days in advance (20%), 3-1 day in advance (50%), on the day of your stay, or if you don't show up (100%). Please note that cancellation policies may differ depending on the plan.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

If you contact us in advance, you can send items other than valuables, food, and dangerous goods.
Please be sure to write the date of your stay and the name of the guest, and send it to the address below with prepaid shipping.

Can I send parcels from the hotel?

Shipping services are available upon request. Waybills can be obtained at the front desk, and we offer a range of cardboard boxes for purchase to suit your packing needs.

Am I allowed to bring food into the hotel? Will there be a charge for doing so?

Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages into their guest room and store them in the in-room refrigerator. However, we kindly ask that outside items not be brought into the restaurant. Please note that no corkage or handling fees apply for in-room consumption.

The same rate as adults applies to children aged 6 and older. However, children under the age of 6, who do not require bedding and share a bed with their parents, may stay without charge.

As of January 2025, the shuttle service is no longer available. We thank you for your understanding.

Each guest room is equipped with a private, roofed parking space, and we also offer a complimentary outdoor parking area at the entrance of the hotel.

How far is it from Painushima Ishigaki Airport?

It takes about 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus, or 10 minutes by taxi (about 2,000 yen).

How far is it to Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal?

It takes about 20 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bus, or 20 minutes by taxi (about 2,000 yen).

We are happy to arrange taxi service for you.
Taxis will be dispatched directly to the front of your guest room. If you wish to use this service, please kindly inform the front desk.

A short 5-minute drive from the hotel brings you to the Ishigaki Isobe FamilyMart, which features an ATM. All convenience stores across Ishigaki Island are FamilyMart.

All cooking utensils such as pots, knives, and plates are provided, but please note that rice cookers are on loan and there are a limited number available, so we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Regarding condiments, we provide pepper, salt, soy sauce, and salad oil free of charge, so please ask at the front desk if you would like to use them.

Can I request decorations for my room?

We are very sorry, but we are unable to decorate the rooms. We also cannot allow guests to bring in decorative items and stick them on the walls.

Are restaurant reservations required?

In-room dining requires a reservation. Reservations can be made up until 5:00 PM the day before. Please contact us by phone by 5:00 PM the day before.

Can you cater for allergies?

If you notify us at least 3 days before your stay, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests, as wheat, soybeans, seafood, and other allergens may be contained in seasonings and soup stocks.
Passengers with serious symptoms may bring their own safe food (pre-packaged, frozen, etc.). Please let us know when making your reservation.

We offer children's meals for breakfast.
For breakfast, we will prepare egg dishes, sausages, and other child-friendly foods free of charge, so please let us know in advance at the front desk.
Please note that we do not provide baby food, so please prepare your own.

There are many restaurants in the city center, about a 20-minute drive away.

Okinawa Prefectural Yaeyama Hospital and Ishigakijima Tokushukai Hospital are located about 10 minutes away by car.

Can I swim at the beach in front of the hotel?

Swimming is not permitted as the river is nearby. Please use the hotel's pool (late March to October).
