Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Area of Application

1. The accommodation contract and any related agreements between the hotel and the guest shall be governed by the provisions set forth in these terms and conditions. Any matters not specified herein shall be governed by applicable laws or generally accepted practices.
2. In cases where the hotel agrees to special conditions, provided they do not conflict with laws or established customs, such special conditions shall take precedence over the provisions in the previous article.

Article 2: Application for the Accommodation Contract

1. Those who apply for an accommodation contract with the hotel must provide the following information to the hotel.
(1)Guest Name
(2)Check-in Date and Estimated Arrival Time
(3)Any other details the hotel deems necessary

2. If a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the date specified in Section 1, Item 2, the hotel will treat the request as a new accommodation contract application at the time the request is made.

Article 3: Formation of the Accommodation Contract

1. The accommodation contract shall be deemed to have been formed when the hotel accepts the application as specified in the previous article.
2. Once the accommodation contract is established under the provisions of the previous paragraph, the guest shall pay the deposit specified by the hotel by the designated date.
3. The deposit will first be applied to the final accommodation fee payable by the guest. If a situation arises where the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply, the deposit will be applied in the following order: as a penalty, followed by compensation fees. Any remaining balance will be refunded during payment of the accommodation fee as per the provisions of Article 12.
4. If the deposit specified in paragraph 2 is not paid by the designated date as set by the hotel, the accommodation contract will be deemed invalid.
However, this applies only if the hotel has notified the guest of the deposit payment deadline.

Article 4: Special Provision Regarding the Waiver of Deposit Payment

1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the previous article, the hotel may agree to a special arrangement in which the payment of the deposit is not required after the conclusion of the contract.
2. In cases where the hotel does not request the payment of the deposit as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the previous article, or does not specify a deposit payment deadline upon accepting the accommodation contract application, it shall be treated as having agreed to the special arrangement mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

Article 5: Refusal to Enter into an Accommodation Contract

1. The hotel may refuse to enter into an accommodation contract in the following cases:
(1)If the accommodation application does not comply with these terms and conditions.
(2)If there are no available rooms due to full occupancy.
(3)If the hotel deems that the guest is likely to engage in behavior that violates laws, public order, or good customs in relation to the accommodation.
(4)If the guest is a member of a criminal organization or has affiliations with such organizations.
(5)If the guest is clearly recognized as being infected with a contagious disease.
(6)If the guest requests conditions that place an unreasonable burden on the hotel.
(7)If the guest cannot be accommodated due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
(8)If the guest is intoxicated or otherwise likely to disturb other guests, or if their behavior is deemed to cause significant inconvenience to other guests.

Article 6: Guest's Right to Terminate the Accommodation Contract

1. The guest may terminate the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.
2. If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest (excluding cases where the hotel has specified a deposit payment deadline and requested payment as per the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2, and the guest cancels the accommodation contract prior to the payment), the hotel shall charge a penalty fee in accordance with the provisions set forth in Appendix 2 of Article 18.
3. If the guest fails to arrive by 10:00 PM on the day of arrival without prior notice (or, in cases where the arrival time has been explicitly provided, two hours after the specified time), the hotel may consider the accommodation contract as canceled by the guest and process it accordingly.

Article 7: The Hotel's Right to Terminate the Contract

1. The hotel may terminate the accommodation contract in the following cases.
(1)If the guest is deemed likely to engage in behavior that violates laws, public order, or good customs, or if such behavior is recognized to have occurred.
(2)If the guest is recognized as a member of a criminal organization or affiliated with such organizations.
(3)If the guest is clearly recognized as being infected with a contagious disease.
(4)If the guest requests conditions that impose an unreasonable burden beyond a reasonable scope in relation to the accommodation.
(5)If the guest cannot be accommodated due to reasons caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.。
(6)If the guest is intoxicated or otherwise likely to disturb other guests, or if their behavior causes significant inconvenience to other guests.

Article 8: Registration of Accommodation

1. On the day of accommodation, the Guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the Hotel.
(1)Name, gender, address, and occupation of the Guest
(2)In the case of foreign nationals, nationality, passport number, place of entry into Japan, and date of entry (a copy of the passport will be made at the time of check-in).
(3)Date of departure and scheduled time of departure
(4)Any other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel

2. In the event that the Guest intends to settle the charges prescribed in Article 12 by means other than currency—such as by traveler’s checks, accommodation vouchers, or credit cards—such methods of payment shall be presented in advance at the time of registration as set forth in the preceding paragraph.

Article 9: Hours of Guest Room Use

1. The guest may use the hotel’s guest room from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may allow the use of the guest room beyond the checkout time specified in the same paragraph. In such cases, an additional fee, as separately defined, will be charged.

Article 10: Usage Regulations

1. The guest shall comply with the usage regulations established by the hotel and posted within the hotel premises.

Article 11: Business Hours

1. The business hours of the hotel's main facilities are as follows, and the detailed business hours of other facilities will be provided through posted notices, in-room information, and other means.

2. The hours specified in the previous paragraph may be temporarily changed due to weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 12: Payment of Fees

1. The breakdown of the accommodation fees to be paid by the guest shall be as specified in the schedule set forth in Article 18.
2. Payment of the accommodation fees and other charges as described in the previous paragraph shall, in principle, be made at the front desk either at check-in or when requested by the hotel, using the designated currency set by the Government of Japan, or by alternative methods such as traveler's checks, accommodation vouchers, or credit cards as recognized by the hotel.
3. Even if the Hotel provides a guest room and it becomes available for use, and the Guest voluntarily does not stay, the accommodation fee shall still be charged.

Article 13: Liability of the Hotel

1. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for any damages incurred due to the performance or non-performance of the accommodation agreement or any related contracts.
However, this shall not apply in the event that the damages are not attributable to the Hotel's fault.
2. The Hotel complies with fire safety regulations and makes efforts in fire management; in the event of a fire or similar emergency, the Hotel is covered by liability insurance for accommodations.

Article 14: Handling in the Event the Reserved Guest Room Cannot Be Provided

1. In the event that the Hotel is unable to provide the contracted guest room to the Guest, the Hotel shall make every effort to arrange alternative accommodation under similar conditions.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the Hotel is unable to arrange alternative accommodation, the Hotel shall pay the Guest a compensation equivalent to the amount of liquidated damages. This compensation shall be considered the amount of damage compensation. However, if the inability to provide the guest room is not attributable to the fault of the Hotel, no compensation shall be paid.

Article 15: The Hotel's Liability for the Guest's Belongings

1. The Hotel shall be liable for the loss or damage of the Guest's belongings only in the event that such loss or damage is caused by the intentional act or gross negligence of the Hotel or its employees. However, unless the Guest has notified the Hotel in writing of the value of the belongings in advance, the amount of compensation for damages shall be limited to the lower of the fair market value at the time of the loss or 150,000 yen. Depending on the nature of the declared value, the Hotel may refuse to accept certain items for safekeeping.
2. The Hotel shall not accept for safekeeping money, transferable securities, jewelry, important documents, or similar items.

Article 16: Storage of the Guest's Baggage or Personal Belongings

1. In the event that the Guest's baggage arrives at the Hotel prior to the accommodation, the Hotel shall be responsible for safekeeping the baggage only if it was acknowledged by the Hotel before its arrival. The baggage will be handed over to the Guest at the front desk upon check-in.
2. The Hotel's liability for the storage of the Guest's baggage or personal belongings in the case described in the preceding paragraph shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 15, Paragraph 1.

Article 17: Liability for Parking

1. In the event that the Guest uses the Hotel's parking facility, regardless of whether the vehicle keys are entrusted to the Hotel, the Hotel shall only provide the space for parking and shall not be responsible for the management of the vehicle. However, if any damage is caused due to the intentional act or negligence of the Hotel in managing the parking area, the Hotel shall be liable for compensation.

Article 18: Liability of the Guest

1. In the event that the Hotel suffers damages due to the intentional act or negligence of the Guest, the Hotel shall seek compensation for such damages from the Guest.

1. The percentages represent the ratio of the liquidated damages to the basic accommodation fee.
2. In the event of a reduction in the number of contract days, liquidated damages will be charged for the reduced days.
3. If there is a cancellation of part of the group (13 persons or more), no liquidated damages will be charged for up to 10% of the number of people in the reservation on the 8th day prior to the cancellation date (or the date the reservation was accepted, if made after that day). Any fraction will be rounded up.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Please adhere to the following rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the refusal of accommodation or use of hotel facilities as stipulated in Article 7 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions. In the event of an incident, you may be required to bear the costs of any damages, so we kindly ask for your careful attention to the following:

1. Guest Rooms

1. The use of guest rooms for purposes other than accommodation is strictly prohibited.
2. Only the registered guest is permitted to stay or use the facilities; unauthorized persons are not allowed.
3. Upon arrival in your room, please familiarize yourself with the evacuation routes and the location of emergency exits.
4. During your stay, especially while sleeping, please be sure to lock the door.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in fire-prone areas (especially near the bed) and in non-smoking rooms and areas.
6. When in your room or while sleeping, please ensure the door guard is in place, and in the event of an unrecognized visitor, do not open the door unnecessarily. Instead, please contact the front desk.
7. Do not invite unauthorized guests into your room or allow them to use the facilities or items. Especially after 10:00 PM, guests are requested not to allow any unauthorized visitors into their room.
8. Do not use the guest room for commercial purposes (e.g., exhibitions, photo shoots) without the hotel’s permission.
9. Do not move any furnishings in the room or make significant changes to the room, such as installing fixtures or modifications, without the hotel’s permission. In the event of the loss or damage of hotel property, you may be required to reimburse the actual cost. Please do not remove small items or furnishings from the room.
Additionally, do not place anything near the windows that may damage the hotel's exterior appearance.

2. Room Cleaning and Inspection by Hotel Staff

For the safety and hygiene management of all guests, including those staying at the hotel, please be informed that hotel staff will conduct room cleaning and inspection at least once every 24 hours starting from check-in. If your stay exceeds 24 hours, room inspections will also be conducted for rooms displaying the "Do Not Disturb" card. In all cases, hotel staff will contact the room via phone from the front desk before entering.

3. Room Keys

1. When leaving your room during your stay, please ensure that you take the room card key with you and set the security system before departing.
2. Upon check-out, please return the card key to the front desk.

4. Payment

1. Upon your arrival, please be advised that the accommodation fee (advance payment) will be collected at the front desk.
Additionally, if a statement of charges is presented during your stay, kindly settle the payment at the front desk at that time.
2. The Hotel will not cover expenses such as shopping costs, ticket fees, taxi fares, or luggage delivery charges.

5. Valuables

1. During your stay, please inquire at the front desk regarding the safekeeping of cash, jewelry, and other valuables.
(Please note that some items may not be accepted for safekeeping.)
2. The Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables that are not stored at the front desk.

6. Items Stored by the Hotel

1. The storage period for items left with the Hotel will be as follows, unless otherwise specified:
(1) Items stored at the front desk or in the cloakroom: 1 month.
Please be advised that items not collected within the specified storage period will be disposed of.

7. Lost Property

1. Any forgotten items or umbrellas left in the designated umbrella stand will be held by the Hotel for a certain period, after which they will be handled in accordance with the Lost Property Law.

8. Prohibited Items

(1) Animals or birds not declared in accordance with Hotel policy (guide dogs are excluded).
(2) Items that emit a foul odor.
(3) Items exceeding a reasonable quantity.
(4) Firearms, swords, narcotics, and other items prohibited by law.
(5) Flammable or explosive materials, such as gunpowder or volatile oils.

9. The following behaviors are prohibited within the hotel:

1. Leaving your room while wearing nightwear, bathrobes, or room slippers.
2. Loud singing, arguing, or any other behaviors that cause discomfort or disturb other guests.
3. Gambling or engaging in activities contrary to public order and morals.
4. Distributing advertisements, promotional materials, selling goods, or soliciting other guests without the hotel’s permission.
5. Publicly using photos or other materials taken within the hotel for business purposes without the hotel’s consent.

10. Other Regulations

1. In the event of damage, contamination, or loss of any hotel facilities, furnishings, or other items, you will be required to compensate for the actual cost of repair or replacement.
2. The accommodation of minors is prohibited unless permitted by their guardians.
Additionally, please ensure that accompanying minors do not cause any disturbances to other guests.
3. Ordering food or beverages from outside the hotel is not allowed.
4. You may bring food and beverages into your guest room and refrigerator, but please refrain from bringing them into the hotel’s restaurant.
Additionally, any food or beverages left behind in the room or refrigerator after check-out will be disposed of for storage reasons.
5. In the event of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, water shortages, or warnings), you are required to follow the instructions of local authorities and the hotel.
